To his business clients, Ryan also brings over a decade of litigation experience. With the goal being to avoid lawsuits, Ryan is able to help clients proactively identify, address, and correct corporate areas of risk or vulnerability. Leveraging his experience and connections, if lawsuits are inevitable, Ryan is also able to connect clients with the appropriate co-counsel and to assist in navigating the complexities of litigation.
A Cincinnati native, Ryan graduated from St. Xavier High School before continuing his education at The Ohio State University. Following college, Ryan returned home to attend law school at the University of Cincinnati College of Law where he was an Editor of the Law Review. As a member of law review, Ryan had one of his publications cited in a decision by the Supreme Court of Ohio.
In his spare time, Ryan has served as a Trustee for the Cincinnati Bar Foundation, an organization whose purpose is to fund educational and charitable programs to serve the legal profession, the justice system, and the greater Cincinnati community and as a Member of the St. Xavier High School Young Alumni Board. What he most enjoys, though, is spending time outside with his wife, Meriden, and their three young children.
